Instructions to Authors

Global Journal of Pharmaceutical and Scientific Research (GJPSR)

Guidelines for Authors

1. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal's online submission system. Authors are required to create an account on the submission platform to submit their work. Ensure that all necessary documents are uploaded, including the full manuscript, title page, abstract, keywords, figures, tables, and references. Submissions must be original and not under consideration by any other journal or publisher. Any form of duplicate publication will lead to rejection.

2. Article Types

The journal accepts various article types:

  • Research Articles: Full-length reports of original research presenting novel findings with relevant data and analysis.
  • Review Articles: Extensive summaries of specific research topics, analyzing trends, issues, and challenges in the field.
  • Short Communications: Brief reports presenting new and important findings concisely.
  • Case Studies: In-depth analysis of particular situations offering practical insights.

3. Formatting Requirements

Manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman, 12 pt font, with 1-inch margins and double-spacing. The title page must include the article title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author details. Abstracts should be 150-250 words, and keywords should be limited to 5-6 terms.

4. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should provide a concise summary of the study's objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Keywords should be relevant to aid search engine optimization and indexing.

5. Figures and Tables

Figures should be in high-resolution JPEG or TIFF format (minimum 300 dpi). Tables should be formatted according to the journal’s style, with clear headings for each column and row.

6. References and Citation Style

References should follow APA or Vancouver format. In-text citations should include the author's last name and publication year. The reference list should be alphabetized and formatted correctly.

7. Ethical Considerations

Research must adhere to ethical standards for human and animal studies. Studies involving humans require ethics committee approval and informed consent statements. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

8. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Experts assess the manuscript’s validity, quality, and contribution to the field.
